Is there a kind of template to tell us when to buy supplies accord our needs?
We have a “system” in our bussiness for that, but I want to know if there is a optimal way for this for any kind os sitution.
Sometimes we have to send someone running to buy something, and sometimes we have things we dont use for weeks, and I feel I am wasting money if we are not using that.
